Our flagship program! Since 2007 we have been running world class CrossFit group classes which follow our posted workout of the day. Expect to be challenged by the workouts, educated by our coaches and supported by your fellow athletes.
Short Circuit is a circuit-based strength and conditioning class using bodyweight, dumbbells, and kettlebells, with only infrequent use of barbells. Each session includes a warm-up, a strength circuit, and a conditioning finisher. All levels welcome. No experience required.
On top of CrossFit and Short Circuit, we offer a range of specialty classes included with any CrossFit or Specialty Class membership.
Fit 55+ is a strength and conditioning class designed specifically for older adults. Classes combine strength training and conditioning work using a variety of equipment, all scaled to your ability and fitness level. No experience required.
Diapers & Dumbbells is a postpartum fitness class for new parents and caregivers of all fitness levels. Classes are one hour, postpartum appropriate, and include time to connect with other parents. No CrossFit experience required.
A dedicated 5,000 sq ft facility with everything you need to train on your own terms. Stay as long as you want, no working around group classes. CrossFit or similar training experience required.
Individualized training sessions designed to address your specific needs and goals. Your coach will work with you to establish a program, keep you accountable, and make sure your form is on point. One-on-one, two-on-one, and small group options available.
If you find yourself skipping out on the gym or modifying movements due to nagging aches and pains, then IronWorks is the right fit for you. Under the watchful eye of coach Katie, our in-house physical therapist, this program will focus on rehabilitation and performance simultaneously.
Want to get (a lot) stronger? Work with a Starting Strength Certified coach to develop your capacity with the basic barbell lifts: Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press and Deadlift. These classes meet three times per week in eight week cycles.
Join Coach Clay’s strength and athletic training program inspired by the lineage of strong(wo)man training and competition, strength sports, bodybuilding, and odd object lifting. Mythic Strength is an ongoing monthly membership for those who want to build full body athletic capacity while prioritizing strength.
Leah DeCesare, LMT is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of professional experience. A graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, she holds additional certifications in sports and medical massage. Her sessions are resolution-oriented, incorporating myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, ART, and rhythmic proprioception rebalancing.

CFSBK has partnered with The Phoenix, a nationwide organization offering free CrossFit classes for anyone with 48 hours or more of continuous sobriety. Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone who is, or navigating a mental health challenge, you’re welcome here. No CrossFit experience necessary.
Queer Trans Strength NYC is a coached strength training collective for trans and queer folks that meets Sunday evenings at CFSBK. Founded in 2018, QTSNYC provides skilled, trauma-aware instruction in a supportive environment designed to help you develop confidence, technical proficiency, and a consistent training practice.
