Welcome to CrossFit South Brooklyn! All our programs exemplify our ethos of professional coaching, inclusive training environments, effective programming and most importantly, fun! Our programs generally fall into four categories, Group Classes, Fitness for Every Body, Open Gym and individual or semi-private programs. Check out the descriptions below to see which program best suits your needs. Prices for each program are listed in the dedicated page.
Group Classes
CrossFit Group Classes
Our flagship program! Since 2007 we have been running world class CrossFit group classes which follow our posted workout of the day. Expect to be challenged by the workouts, educated by our coaches and supported by your fellow athletes.
Short Circuit Group Classes
Short Circuit classes consist of a series of strength training and conditioning circuits designed to get your blood pumping. These classes utilize bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises for those who are are interested in getting a great workout but less interested in heavy barbell training and more technically demanding movements.

Fitness for Every Body
Fit55+
Fit55+ is a strength and conditioning group class for older adults. These classes are programmed to meet your unique needs in the company of your peers. Come join our fun and supportive classes led by our professional coaching staff. It’s never too late to start!
Diapers & Dumbbells
This postpartum & prenatal fitness class designed to help new mothers and their partners safely return to exercise, connect with other parents, and develop the strength they need to support their growing babies. Infant child care is provided!
The Phoenix
We have partnered with The Phoenix to provide a free CrossFit class for anyone 48 hours sober and looking for community and fitness in their road to recovery from substance abuse. No prior experience with CrossFit is necessary.
QueerTransStrength NYC
QueerTransStrengthNYC is a coached strength training collective for trans and queer folks that meets Sunday evenings at CrossFit South Brooklyn. Founded in 2018, QTSNYC provides skilled, trauma aware instruction in a supportive environment designed to help you develop confidence, technical proficiency, and a consistent training practice. No prior experience is necessary!

Open Gym
Open Gym
Not interested in group classes? Our 10,000+ square foot facility has all the space and equipment you need to get after it on your own. Open gym hours are available all day from 6am to 8:30pm and weekends.
Individual & Semi-Private Programs
Personal Training
Looking for individualized training sessions designed to address your specific needs and goals. Maximize your accountability and results by working one on one (or in small groups) with our world class coaching staff.
IronWorks Semi Private Rehab
If you find yourself skipping out on the gym or modifying movements due to nagging aches and pains, then IronWorks is the right fit for you. Under the watchful eye of coach Katie, our in-house physical therapist, this program will focus on rehabilitation and performance simultaneously.
Starting Strength
Want to get (a lot) stronger? Work with a Starting Strength Certified coach to develop your capacity with the basic barbell lifts: Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press and Deadlift. These classes meet three times per week in eight week cycles.
Massage Therapy
Meet with our Licensed Massage Therapist for some hands on therapy to address any soft tissue issues you might be dealing with. Massage sessions are resolution-oriented, incorporating myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, ART, and rhythmic proprioception rebalancing.
Physical Therapy
Our Doctor of Physical Therapy will work with you to evaluate the cause of your pain or injury and use a combination of manual therapy, movement screenings and rehabilitative exercises to get you back to 100%
