In 15 minutes, perform 5-7 total sets of the following complex:
2 Hang Power Snatches + 1 Overhead Squat
Notes
Use today’s lifting time to dial in your technique. Work at light to moderate loads throughout. The Snatches should be speedy and crisp, and the Overhead Squat should be slow and controlled!
