9:30am-1pm
Since 2009, Fight Gone Bad has been one of CrossFit South Brooklyn’s most beloved community traditions. Each year we come together to sweat, get weird, and raise money for local causes that make Brooklyn stronger. Over the years, we’ve raised more than $520,000 for charity, and in 2026 we’re once again answering the call to serve our community by supporting Brooklyn Community Housing & Services.

Move to the next station every minute. The clock doesn’t stop. One point per rep or calorie. Each team member starts at a different station and everyone rests together. Where two people share a station, they use separate equipment, so pair someone doing A movements with someone doing B or C.

Top 3 Rx’d men and women win prizes. To qualify for the men’s Rx’d division, do all A movements. For the women’s Rx’d division, do all B movements. Otherwise, mix and match and you’ll be ranked in the scaled division. Need a different substitution? Ask the MC.

About the Benefactor
Since 1978, Brooklyn Community Housing & Services (BCHS) has been dedicated to ending homelessness in Brooklyn by providing safe, clean, and supportive housing for more than 1,200 formerly homeless and housing-vulnerable children and adults each year. Beyond shelter, BCHS helps people build the skills to live independently and with dignity, while fostering a true sense of community that makes our programs unique. Guided by a vision of a future where homelessness no longer exists and local communities are socially rich, racially just, and economically vital, BCHS remains committed to helping thousands more find stability, hope, and home.
