B: 8-12 Strict Toes to Bars or 10-20 Push-Ups

Perform 5 total sets, increasing weight on the rows each round. Tomorrow we have Bench Press so if you’re coming don’t do Push-Ups.
Rows should get heavier each set. Use a pronated (palms-down) or supinated (palms-up) grip, whichever feels more comfortable and strong.

B: 500m (switch at 500)
A: 250m (switch at 250)
B: 250m
