Perform 3 work sets of 5 reps setting the same load across after 2-3 warm up sets. If doing the Open, today is good refresher for any overhead squats or snatch that may show up in upcoming workouts. And hopefully we’ll finally shake off that wall ball soreness???

There are 150 reps per person as written. Choose a rep scheme that challenges you, but never spend longer than about 1 minute on the rope.
