Insterested in getting some 1 on 1 time to work a particular skill? CFSBK offers 1/2 hour Personal Training Sessions for $55 with any of our fine coaches. Maybe you’d like to work on kipping pull-ups or fine tune your Back Squats. Perhaps you’ve got some mobility issues you’d like to get a personalized plan for.
