3 Rounds For Total Reps:
1 minute Wall Ball Shots
1 minute Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
1 minute Box Jumps
1 minute Push Press
1 minute Row
1 minute Rest
Perform 1 minute of work at each of the 5 stations. Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One-minute break is allowed before repeating each

- Doors will open at 8am.
- Post workout, you and your team will take a picture with Aaron
- Around 12 after the final heat we will have an address from the BCHS and the awards ceremony and group picture, please be there for that!!
Bring your dogs in costume!
If you’re bringing your (well behaved) pup to the gym, have them don their finest costume. We’re going to be taking some pictures of dressed up dogs today!
