Work up to a heavy unbroken set of 10 reps. If you have a 1RM this heavy 10 will be somewhere between 65-75%

130m Sandbag Carry
Score is time and sandbag weight. Try to challenge yourself on the sandbag but each trip should be unbroken and carried in front.
Rest as needed between rounds.
