This Thursday night we’re hosting a Town Hall at 7:30pm to give the community an update on our reopening plans, discuss our Covid safety strategy and answer questions. If you were at any of our prior focus groups you can expect a similar format with updated plans. We expect it to take around an hour.

I saw 20 minutes of two movements and I legit almost went back to bed. Told myself two things: “it’s only as bad as you make it” and “I can get through this with other people.”
Both true. I love you guys. 8 rounds + 32 reps w/25# DB. Slow and steady = I didn’t die.

My high schooler is teaching his first class at the Brooklyn Public Library this Wednesday at 1:30pm. The topic is “The Art of Searching & Reading Research Articles”.
