Class will be about an hour (including breaks), during which time we’ll cover:

1) Joint Prep/Warm Up
2) Strength/Stability Work
3) Conditioning/Cardio

Come work out alongside your people and under the watchful eye of a coach. We’ll even have a Question Of the Day!

This week’s class is free and open to all (not just for parents), so spread the word and invite a buddy! We recommend having an exercise mat or similar to perform any floor based exercises on (a rug or carpet will do) and a filled backpack or tote bag to use as a weight. Also logging on a few minutes early to check your audio and video connections is always a good idea. Hope to see you there!

    1 + 98 (up to 8 Thrusters) w/ 16 kg kb (mod. to 12 Thrusters on 1st rd)

    Hello!
    Should we do 20 alternate or 40 in total?
    Also, according to the app it’s 30 (alternate or total?) followed by 15 burpees.
    Please confirm.

      7 AM did 20 total. Definitely would have hit the cap otherwise.

      16:10 with 25# DB and KB. It just about killed me.

    I did 20 reps total (10 each side), with 30# (40# swings).
    16:50 in a puddle.
    A workout where I really missed being in the gym.
