Run 15 Minutes
- Rest/walk 2 minutes between sets.
- Goal is a consistent but slightly uncomfortable pace for both sets.
- Nasal breathing only.
Cooldown
3-5 Minute Walk
Then,
10mins to flow through: Hip Circles in Lunge, Lunge and Twist, Pigeon Pose, Down Dog.
