3 Sets:
10 Minute Run
- Rest/walk 2 minutes between sets.
- Goal is a consistent distance (or slightly more) for all 3 sets.
Cooldown
3-5 Minute Walk
Then,
Spend 10 minutes to flow through: Samson Lunge, Kneeling Hamstring Stretch, Standing Figure Four, Calf March.
