This was so hard! Lunges and pushups in the WOD after lunges and floor press in the strength work was…special.
Whit had a good point in 7 AM class — can we please stop calling them “prisoner” squats/lunges/etc. and just say “hands up”?

I worked out solo today and I broke the amrap reps in half. 40 sit ups at once wasn’t happening. so 20/16/10e/5 = 6.5 rounds. cheers.
