News and Notes
- Check out photos from last year’s Potluck to pump yourself up!
- Want to get those coveted Kipping Pull-Ups? Join us Sunday, February 16th for a gymnastics seminar with Coach Brittany that will focus on developing the Kip Swing. Athletes will build the Kip Swing from the ground up, literally, by developing the hollow and arch positions on the floor before applying them on the rig. Go HERE for more info!
