40 Hand Release Push-Ups
60 Push Presses 45/33
80 Russian Kettlebell Swings 24/16
Partners work together, breaking the reps as needed up so that each partner ends up doing about half the reps each round. Scale to Alternate Foot Steps or 2x Singles for the Dubs as needed.
