Every 2:00 for 10 Sets:
3 Touch-and-Go Deadlifts
Use a medium-heavy load for the heads, working across for the first 5 sets, then adding or dropping weight for the remaining 5 sets as appropriate. Modify the Dubs to Alternating Foot Steps or 2x Singles as needed with the intent to complete them in 30 seconds or faster.
