In teams of 2 with one partner working at a time, complete the following for time:
30 Thrusters 135/95
60 Thrusters 95/65
90 Thrusters 45/35
Partners split the work however desired. The barbell loading should begin medium-heavy (something you will do sets of 3+ with), and progress to light-medium (sets of 8+), and finally to an empty barbell (sets of 12+).
