In teams of 2 with one partner working at a time, partners alternate complete rounds of:
1) AMRAP 12 Minutes:
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
10 Alternating Dumbbell Renegade Rows
Rest 6 minutes, then…
2) AMRAP 12 Minutes:
8 Slam Balls
10 Wall Balls
Choose scaling options that allow for you both to move unbroken and relatively consistently.

Tomorrow: Starting Strength Total at CFSBK
Coach Jeremy’s Starting Strengthers will wrap up their eight-week cycle tomorrow starting at 2:00pm. Lifters will be testing their 1RMs in the Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift. All are welcome to come by, hang out, and do some cheering. Get ready for some massive PRs!
