2) 1 Hang Power Clean
Use a heavier load and/or aim for a higher target than you usually would. We have some 30 lb and 25 lb med-balls! You may work across or increase load on the Hang Power Cleans. In either case the goals are good speed and positions, so only go as heavy as you can move well.
