CFSBK is hosting The East Coast Gambit on Saturday, June 15th, and we are looking for more judges and support staff to help us run a smooth, professional event! We would LOVE to have you be a part of the inaugural Gambit! It’s going to be a memorable and amazing event, but we need your help! If you can lend a hand, please fill out the form below. Did OG today — I snatched yesterday at NLWC and I think I’m snatching again tomorrow, so I figured I’d go with Frankie’s strength programming rather than snatch and squat.
HBBSQ 145x3x5, feeling out my hip here. Slight discomfort but nothing like I was dealing with even a couple of weeks ago.
Press 65x3x5, 65×9 rep out. Not bad.
Chinups 6,6,5. Why can I not do 8 of these in a row all of a sudden? I guess Murph fatigue is still there a bit.

Asking again if anyone can recommend a crossfit box in Seattle. Preferably downtown.
The snatches felt great today. I kept it light for me 65/95 pounds. Very snappy and stable.
Back squat with Alex and Allen 205 4X4 This felt good. The last set was feeling all the work from before but feel I have a lot of room to add weight.

I went to CrossFit Louvre and can’t say much for it except that it’s convenient. When I did OG there, they put me and my husband in a low-ceilinged basement. Thank goodness I didn’t need to do overhead press!
I think someone here mentioned CrossFit Original Addicts. Might have been Bob S?

Yes on CrossFit Original Addicts on recommendation from Pierre. I went in 2015 and the owner was extremely kind. I am pretty sure they moved into a fancier facility as well.
