So awesome to watch everyone throw down on 19.1. I’m so impressed!!!
I was feeling down about my performance on 19.1… almost came in today to do it again… I didn’t heed Ro’s advice about resisting and persisting… and didn’t meet my goal of 5 rounds…
But, just realized with kayleigh I got one more rep than we thought! The math was incorrect!! Every rep counts, right!?
Do I have to change my rep count on the sheet before putting it on the website?? Thanks!

Allie no worries about the scorecard. I’ll validate it on the games site.
19.1 was two movements I was very unexcited about, the only thing I’m worse at pushing hard on in workouts than rowing is wall ball. I got a 215 which I was actually pretty happy about. More than anything, I didn’t want to die on the wall balls. I got three unbroken sets, one set of 11/9 with a quick rest and one 8-6-5 with no more breaths than the reps in the upcoming set as rest.
Shawn C did an awesome job judging and I had a blast at Friday Night Lights!! Was a great atmosphere!
