8am w/ David. Was worried after I hurt my neck during Wednesday's WOD but managed to get through it sans noticeable pain.
Finished 3 Full Rounds + 30 DUs + 3 Power Snatches at 53lbs. Wasn't feeling that tired until we were told to run two blocks around the block at the end. Easily my least favorite part.

That was fun! #45 on the Wod, DU attempts, but really ended up doing like 16-18 actual double unders during each round which was pretty awesome. Linked 10 together which is a pr by 5.

The videos on the main site are often so terrible, it would be very cool if cfsbk became the home to "how to crossfit for healthy people" website with non good music and good form unlike the main site.
