Did you know that when David coaches, he cocks his head to the side? We have noticed this trend for several years now. Rip also mentioned it at last weekend's Starting Strength Coaches Association Convention. What does it mean?

Not sure about crossed arms (I suspect it means worry/nervousness/uncertainty), but hands on hips means you are gassed. Watch football for any amount of time, and the hands-on-hips guys are the tired ones.
