I actually enjoyed this WOD a lot. It was hard as all hell, but I felt like I was actually doing a decent job for the first time since these Games begin. Thanks to a great amount of support from Margie before and during and after WOD.

And to Noah: Thanks so much for teaching me how to kip last week. You workshop was a tremendous help during this workout! It saved me, actually. Today was the first time I've ever applied kipping correctly in a WOD!
