I'm thankful that so much that could have happened on the night Nick crashed his bike didn't happen. I'm thankful for the incredible support and love we've felt from this community as he recovers. I'm thankful that I'm back in the gym, squatting!! Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Thankful for my family and especially my daughter. She has changed and in a sense saved my life in more ways than she will ever know.
Favorite dish already happened, i had a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. I haven't had a bagel in over 2 years and that was insane. I washed it down with a black and white cookie. Faileo. Can't wait to gorge some more, someone get me some macaroni and cheese in a feeding bag please.

Funny, I had the exact same breakfast this morning, a good old Long Island everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was everything I had hoped for and more. You feel less guilty eating a bagel when your ass and inner thighs are sore from Wednesday's squats…..
Although I am thankful for many personal things in my life, I have to shout out a huge thank you to CFSBK for being such an inspiring, challenging, warm, fun, and positive place. David and Co. are easily the most rad trainers I have ever worked with and I am so happy to have stumbled upon this awesome community of people. Job well done to you all – you are truly making a difference in people's lives. 🙂
And finally, I think that after that rave review I should be exempt from burpees forever.

I am thankful that as often as I am away from SBK, I always feel like I am home when I walk in the door. Happy thanksgiving, all.

so thankful to have made a change in my professional life – one that will allow me to have a personal life again 🙂
also, as always, i'm grateful to have found CFSBK and to have worked hard to become stronger and more physically confident in the world. i feel this acutely when i travel – so many women are just helpless in the face of their own luggage, but I AM THE MASTER OF MY SUITCASE, OK?!
happy t-day to everyone!

I'm thankful that my mother-in-law was released from the hospital this afternoon and that she gets to spend Thanksgiving at home.
We haven't tucked into dinner yet but I am aflutter with anticipation for my awesome cornbread-sausage-apple stuffing. It's a good thing I only have that stuff once a year.

I am thankful to be pregnant. I am pregnant with a food baby. He was conceived of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, gravy, Mac and cheese, beer, and dirt cake (which if you don't know, is the best thing ever) x 2 plates. I am a proud papa. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

Nice one Michele!
I'm thankful for the health of my family, that I have a decent job and that I was able to buy an apartment this year (and that the move yesterday went well!). I realize that it was not just hard work and good investment sense that got me here, but luck, timing, karma, grace and the help of my parents, grandparents, their parents and so on. And luck.
I'm thankful that in 1939 my mom was able to get out of Poland before she was shipped off to the camps– We are lucky as hell. I'm thankful.

Really good twice baked mashed potatoes.
