This workout was all wind. If you’re efficient on the swings you should be able to spare your grip for the pull-ups. I was really happy with how fluid my doubles felt and the swings felt really light too, pull-ups were fine. Just lungs that slowed me down

WOD – 4 rnds + doubles + 5 swings (24kg)Totally agree with David, a breath limiter for sure. Fore arms not that bad with a relaxed swing on the kb’s. First two rnds of swings were face level and then went overhead with the rest. Actually liked overhead better, gave the forearms a better rest.

Work: 115×3, 115×3, 115×2 (fail on 3rd rep, because I leaned back too much, and got trapped).
Failed on rep-out as well, as I was trying to get out the door in a hurry, didn’t rest enough, only got 9 reps at 85! Boo.
Skipped accessory WOD, wil make up today.
