Missed yesterday after giving blood. Are you really not supposed to work out after that, I didn’t feel that bad. My blood pressure was a bit wonky- kind of high systolic and low diastolic pressure. What gives?
Push Press 135x5x3 felt good
Row/PJ/PU 9:45 RX. Thought about trying for the RX+ standards then did about 2 C2B pullups and came to my senses. WOD was rough, felt pretty mentally strong through it though, working even when I was hurting.
