Uh, many of my high school pre/post-sporting event and late night meals came from the Taco Bell drive-thru. I almost agree with Noah’s buddies. 😉 Those responses are priceless!

I don’t have any rest day dinners listed for this evening. Correct me if I’ve missed something.
I propose a Taco Bell rest day dinner, we’ll only eat 36% of our meals.
I just did 20, then 10, 9, 8, 7… pushups in my classroom while about six 7th graders cheered. (It was awesome)
Im SO making the BUY-IN the next time the Bench press comes around.

Still a couple weeks away from PRs on all lifts. Working my way back up.
Afterwards, did Annie with a few other open gymmers. Big PR, first time getting it in under 10 minutes. Double unders held together well, apart from the 2nd round.
joe, the annie was inspiring from my POV. felt like a tool for “just” lifting.
if you regularly do WODs on fridays, i want in.
today at open gym and worked on my hang cleans and with some tips i feel like im making real progress technique wise.
Also did a 2K row for time….wow that was brutal did a 7:25 pull and i wanted to quit at 1200 but fox, ryan and noah really pushed me.
cool energy in the gym tonight… lots of different stuff going on and support in the various corners: from the rowing to the crazy heavy squat/clean WOD to Angie to the Strength class. Good times!
I forwarded the Taco story but my crew at work but most have already seen Food inc., so there wasn’t much surprise. I have two committed grass-fed guys on my team, but the gluten thing isn’t quite sinking in no matter how many times I say no to bagels and buns and “gluten is death!”
At least my boyz aren’t hitting the Bell.
