honestly haven’t been as happy to write that “RX’d” next to a time in a long time. my hands ripped 40 pull ups in and i was big mess. started out strong (sets of 6-8 pull ups) and then after ripping went down hill. pull and push ups took 26 of those nearly 35 minutes. ouch.

Love the video! Jack squatting is the best. And Steph trying not to say, “ARE YOU CRAZY??” when the guy says, ‘you’re not supposed to eat meat!’. Everyone was awesome. Brian, I think we are inured to the crazy.
