The Gap between Intermediate and Advanced is pretty hefty.

@David – It is for all of the lifts. I am just currently psyched that I have finally reached intermediate for all of the lifts that exist on the Rippetoe tables. The only one I am anywhere close to Advanced on is my squat.

I’ve been meaning to go, but I think the lesson is for climbing, and can’t you just go bouldering with minimal equipment and no formal lesson?

played around with some squats to see how my groin was feeling. not too bad. although the weight was pretty light.
45×5, 65×5, 95×5, 135×5, 165×5, 175x5x5.
then i tried to do some deadlifts but my body said no. so i did some weighted chin-ups.
15×3, 20×3, 30x3x5
