NO CLASSES TONIGHT!
They gym is being fire-coded and is currently covered in plastic. Airsealis will be spraying the ceiling until late this evening (~11pm-12am) and then coming back tomorrow to clean. Wednesday afternoon's class is also going to be canceled since we'll be in there washing and resetting the gym. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you planned on coming tonight or tomorrow afternoon please bank that class and use it whenever you'd like.

Warm-up 1500m row dropping pace :10 seconds every 500m: 2:15/ 2:05/ 1:55/. Forgot to write down the stats.
Med ball tosses.
Snatch. Whole lot of tall snatch, muscle snatch, technique drills, etc, at PVC, 45 lbs, 55 lbs, and 65 lbs.
Plus, David totally sexted me a video of my snatch. It was hawt.
Well damn, I was planning on coming in tonight for open gym and the Fox active recovery class. I guess I’ll have to do this on my own. At least I skipped work and went for a run with Tucker instead. We did a full loop around the park, and he was only fussy for about the first 1/2 mile. Then he (and I) settled in and the run was quite enjoyable! Now going to try to give him a bath for time…wish me luck.
And congrats Nicole for hitting that 200lb squat! Will we be seeing you compete at the sectionals???

honestly – right now i really am so happy they haven’t posted the workouts. i don’t want to know, maybe i’ll want to know on thursday or friday once it’s too late for me to try desperately to learn how to do pistols or some shit like that. i wouldn’t call it competing really, the entirety of my plan is to try and not to die in front of a crowd. but yay! it’ll be fun!
Agreed… competing in a different sense from trying to win. Who else is going to be there?
I just really want to know the timing of the events so I can figure out transportation stuffs etc.

Do we have noon class today? Or is that part of “afternoon classes”? (Technically, yes, of course…)
We haven’t worked out the transportation details yet. Jess has a car and possibly the Steinmans? I’m pre-registering Friday evening, so I won’t have to aim for the 6:30am business, just need to get there by 7:30… but if everyone with a car has to be there by 6:30, I will be too.
I don’t want to stay the night though. I’d rather sleep at home and get less sleep.
