Lifting was good today.
Warmed up with 45, 95, 135, 185 (all for 5).
Work 205, 225, 245(PR), 255×3. Knees started to cave on 255 so stopped. Very happy with this PR.

I think that is right, but I am going off memory. So total of 120 DU and 115 SU. Total was 135. Damn you Sameer.

Totally screwed up the warm up sets. Thanks for setting it back on track David. Still don’t have the gist of prep into work sets.

Warm-up sets at 45, 65, and 95 before sets across, 5×5 at 115.
DUs: 70, 25, 25, 24 -> 144Sit-ups: 55, 27, 20, 13 -> 115Total: 259
Score is nine less than last time. Double-unders slightly better, sit-ups worse thanks to a close call with pukey during the 90-second stretch of sit-ups.
Basically, the first four minutes I went hard and almost died, spent four minutes recuperating, then hit it hard the final two minute.
