Will Crossfit Wild Things be a fam friendly event? I am VERY excited to see this…Jess and I plan on taking Dharma to see it that night also.
If by family friendly you mean we won’t be making our usual post CFSBK trip to Scores for some dances then, yes i guess so.
But Sameer is gonna be upset.
Oh, and I’m letting you all know now that if I start crying during the movie I am in fact NOT crying but have something in my eye.
On the topic of class schedules. I’d just like to put my 2 cents out there that I’d love to see Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday evenings added to the mix after the big move. For those of us that do 5x/week we have no real choice as to when we do those (other than 5p,6p or 7p), I’d love to have some alternative day of week options.

Is the moving around of the weekend classes just for the period till the move? I ask because the current schedule is PERFECT!
I think after we move, between Shane, David and whoever else, there should be someone manning the helm at all times. Let’s become the first 24hr Crossfit (just kind of kidding).
Made up the 1 mile run today – 6:43. Full disclosure, I did it on the treadmill at my local gym. The popular wisdom is that you should go to a 1% incline to make up for wind resistance so I went to 2% just to make sure. I think I could have gone faster but for a mental block. Gotta work on that.
I then did 50 kipping pull ups. They didn’t have a straight pull up bar, just those handles that come out at about a 30 degree angle and are canted up. I don’t know if that had an effect or just my fatigue kicked in but after the 50 (20, 15, 15) my forearms and biceps were burning. What the hell?
