Fight Gone Bad Team Shirts
Our own Paul and Rebecca have offered their screen printing services for FGB shirts to anyone who is interested. Shirts will have a FGB/CFSBK Logo in front and the team name and number on the back. Each shirt will cost $12

The individual breakdowns are lost to the aether, but Cloyde and I split 148 20# wall balls and 156 calories on the rower for a total score of 304.
Sumo Deadlifts are still a challenge. Hopefully I can iron them out before FGB.

Joe and i did 304 with 20# wall ball. they were pretty evenly split both between us and the erg and wall ball. 156 and 148 respectively. i wasn’t really dead after wards so obviously i need to stop pacing myself. just goes against my nature.
sdlhp is a sucky movement for me and will remain so for quite sometime.

Margie pretty much summed things up – 312! I went for the 10 foot target again and was pleased that I could cycle the ball a little better. Still, FGB will be brutal.
Deb killed the work out tonight – her intensity was amazing.
Jeremy – I’m not sure if I fully expressed this, but I thought your deadlift dry-run was very good. As I’ve mentioned in recent posts, your comments and cues are consistently excellent and have been helping me PR. Thank you.

Full Disclosure: In my WOD with David Mak, he went for the higher target, I went for the lower (he did 130 with those; I did 85, hence our total of 215). My WB technique sucks; evidence of which may be found in the fact that David O. needed to step in and correct me some 29 times. I better get this right before FGB.

I got a total of 408 with Gabe, thanks to Gabe crushing ass on the wallball.
But it was a great WOD in that I was fearing it all day, it kicked my ass, but at the end I thought I could have given more. Not as bad as I thought = maybe I’ll survive FGB.
