Tabata Interval 8 Rounds of the following 4 movements:
Wall Ball
Sit-Ups
Burpees
Box Jumps
In order to increase work output per interval, there will be a one minute rest between rotations. Go for max reps, no gaming.
In continuing with this week's theme, any movement may be substituted for Double Unders …except Burpees. Only hit the rope if you've got pretty consistent doubles.

225, 315, 365, 405 PR (by 15 lbs)
405 lbs has been a goal for a very long time. I was a bit skeptical as even my first warm up was hard due to the nature of the wod we’d just finished, but I felt it was time to try it. Hell, I’ve lifted that weight enough times in my mind, it was time to do it finally for real. Once the bar started to budge, it all happened quick, it just came right up. I remember being a bit shocked once I was standing, almost like a deer in the headlights, until I heard Margie yell for me to put the bar down. It felt great, really great.

While everyone’s rock-climbing, I’m at home with the kids doing TABATA BURPEES, yay!
7-6-5-5-4-4-5-5, was bummed that I couldn’t get past 4 in those middle sets.
Afterwards I felt like I had a ruptured lung.
