I’m really bummed that I didn’t get a chance to do this before we got booted for the puppet show. I’m hoping mike is home so that I can squat him in the apartment when I get home.

7:04 with 155 lb back squats and push-ups from the floor.
Could have gone heavier, but 185 probably would have been too much. The first round of 42/21 was unbroken. Interesting how one round you do 42 consecutive push-ups, the next you gas out after 10. Big drop.
After brunch:
Dumbbell bench press70 lbs x 1280 lbs x 590F82 x 270 x 8
I’ve yet to manage it with 90 lb dumbbells. So close, but still not there. The wall is well fortified.

7:12 w/155. felt like a tad heavier would have been ideal for me.

Warm-UpDROMSBSQ (45×5, 95×5, 135×5, 155×1)
Did my push-ups on Dumbbells to avoid excessive extension on my right wrist. Went a couple inches deeper to compensate for the couple inches of leverage i got from them.
PU/BSQ Scaled to 155#, all A2A14:25High bar Squats felt quite heavy today, slowed me down considerably. I think I can do this at sub 12 next time.
Lower back feels great, I like the challenge of keeping upright that comes with High bar BSQs

15:00 WOD. I guess I can only improve from here :)Squats were much harder than push ups, also during squats it was hard to keep correct form (esp. knees).
13:20 – 85lb barbell and “mixed” (strict on the way down, knees on way up) pushups. Pushups were definitely the hardest part. Nice WOD!
