day 62 of my burpee challange. did 16 so far this morning leaving me with 46 to go.
sunday was day 60 but i was only able to do 10 (ended up traveling up to see my parents) so yesterday i had 111 that i cranked through throughout the day.
i haven’t really been feeling 100% the last few days but i don’t want the burpees to pile up so i’ve been doing sets of 10 and 20 when i can. they are getting easier to do, but its still a lot and some days its just finding the time to fit them in.
i’m glad dan is in it along with my other rugby team burpeers, as its proven to be a great network and support group. if we are all together we have a “we’ll wait” motto and make each other do a set of 10 before we leave or eat, etc. we also like to burpee in random places, like the Q train 🙂

ok, so made a wod out of my burpees. had 46 to do.
did 1 as a demo then

ran on treadmill. 24:30running after burpees was tough.
then did 5×3 Presswu 45×8
55-60-65-70-75(f)couldn’t even get one up at 75.
then some planks. now home!

I was planning to intersperse my burpees with my ring medley.
Figure doing burpees between exercises is more realistic for WODs.
Most likely won’t be in class tonight, but will see everyone soon!
