This s*cking f*cked.Luckily they had a HUGE class so there was staggering. Not too much bottlenecking but enough to give a rest when needed. Kept all my rows relatively consistent (approx 1:51)Squatting after rowing sucks.I kept hyperextending my knee on the back extensions. Think the pad was too high. Ouch

Today is probably my last day at CF SF. We did

13 minutes or so.
Managed to get a local friend to come by for the next class. Her “fitness-crazy” friend flaked though, so she is clearly way more dedicated than he is, even though she is theoretically not as fit as him. Angel took her through the workout and she rocked it.

PC 5×5:(75×5, 95×5)135×5, 155×5, 165×5*, 170×1, 165x2At the tail end of the 165’s my feet started to split too wide, i think could have done the 170’s but i didn’t want to catch sloppy cleans.Broke the bar down and did 135x2x3 technique reps.
DBPP/SU:10:58 as rx’d40lb DB’s are heavy.Sit-ups were unanchored and easyWODs suck alone, definitely sandbagged a little

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
Power cleans135x2 Felt some throbbing sensation in my upper arm and that was that.
I did 4 sets of power cleans at 90 pds. Just trying to work on form.That was a mistake cause here it is 5 hours later and my arm is still throbbing.
Hopefully, I will learn to let things rest when they hurt.

Ah, ice skating. The ice didn’t like me. Well, I ate a pound of ice cream at home afterwards, so I had my revenge. Many thanks for sharing the photos, Sarah. And also many thanks to Brian, Juliana, Stephanie and the all the others of our ice skating CF crew for giving advice and helping up.

I definitely felt beat on the 4th and 5th reps for the last two sets. I think the slight sickness had me a bit tired out. Or maybe I’m just making excuses.
