and then…I got the kipping pullup!!! Finally found the groove and aggressively pushed my head through at the bottom. Did several sets of 5. I will finally be able to Fran as rx’d! And Cindy!
Fun day at CrossFit today. Got to finally meet Gillian and her husband, Steve. It looks like they’re going to be SBK regulars which we’re all very excited about.
I didn’t get a chance to hit this workout since i went out with my parents after class and being on about 3 hours of sleep decided to go home and pass out for a few hours after.

today’s chow:bfast: smoked salmon, poached egg, smear of basil/pinenut spread, a little avocado, mixed winter lettuces, some tomato, bit of creamed coconut. CLO
lunch: turkey, steamed turnips with olive oil, a pear, a couple of walnuts and pistachios, couple of brussel sprouts, an olive, couple of grapes.
dinner: little bit of seared tuna, broccoli and this red cabbage braised in red wine. I don’t know if it was the wine or if there was sugar (I bought it), but I definitely felt an immediate physical response to the sweetness: bloating, fogginess. Couldn’t eat more than 5 bites of it.
