In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Todays fight is 3 Rounds. The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20/14/10 pounds 10/8 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55/45 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20"/15"/10" (Reps)
Push-press: 75/55/45 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Today's workout is a charity event, normal classes are canceled and only preregistered athletes may compete in the event. Spectators are welcome!

Great workout, lots of fun. There was some incredible energy in the lyceum today; we should work out like that more often.

Great job by everyone that competed and helped raise money.
pretty sure my score was 235, but didn’t write it down so not positive. sorry to miss maria’s, but had to skedaddle afterwards.
had a really great time, thanks again to everyone and especially david, jacinto and shane for organizing!
Oh yeah, got my first multiple muscle ups today too: 3. First one wasn’t full lockout, second two were.

Can’t believe I didn’t keel over today, and can’t believe Sal overcame my 189 to lead us to victory! You are a beast! Here’s some video of the day:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gO5m3ACrPo8

Amazing job everyone, hope you all had as much fun as I did!
Don, great video.Bethany, awesome photos. And Margie, of course, stunning socks.
Even I did it from a distance witnessing how you all were prepairing for this special charity event and doing it eventually was great fun and very inspiring.
I had to do my FGB in a different version. My recent gym is, well, not very Crossfit-friendly.
So I did max reps in three minutes of each exercise instead.Thrusters 48@78lbsSDHP 45@78lbsBox Jumps 43Push Press 31@78lbsElyptical CrossTrainer 33 cal
Good times! I was pretty disappointed with my score though. I was really hoping to approach 200. Instead I languished down in 169! argh.
It was great to see the lyceum so packed and full of crazy people! The loud music, crazy working out. It was quite an exhilarating environment.
After some back and forth, here is a much better version of the video:http://donwoodonline.com/video/CFSBK2008b.mp4
