I would have loved to do Grace, but Fran has been calling my name ever since the games. She was a completely different girl tonight when I was fresh and in shape.

The thrusters are still difficult, and there’s definitely room for improvement on the pullups. Still quite happy to have a real time for that now.

Got me a big fuckin test comin up on Monday, so everything that doesn’t involve studying, eating, or not being crushed by falling boulders is being put on temporary hold. Except of course for my… 47 burpees I did today!
Seriously though, have you guys seen these falling boulders lately? It’s ridicurous.

Adam, I am equally inspired and intimidated by your Fran time. As does your month of utter sobriety and healthy living.
I am now an official co-op member and went shopping yesterday. Go for the food….stay away from the people.
The rowing is starting to clean up tremendously! You guys are gonna rock FGB next week.
