Total: 130 damn burpees for the day, so I guess I’m still in the challenge.

25 min plus….whew…cleans still working out the kinks in my form….i know relax my shoulders and shrug and stop pausing….Shane, David…do you remeber how much I did? I know I had the bar 15lbs, and 5lbs on each side

hope someone makes it in tomorrow after the wine wasting
