dang itI’ve got a late, late, late night in store for me at work.Looks like this break is going to be longer then I’d expected.

23:08 as rx’dI wasted too much time with the handstand pushups. I need to improve my balance and work on these.

26:52HSPU’s on the white wall, 12 kg kettlebells for the swings, & pull-ups were assisted by the green band & Jacinto…
Just glad I got through this one. I’m especially wanting to get stronger on those pull-ups. Even with the green band I needed rescuing for the last 15.
Excellent work as usual Level 1 folks!
Stress-y week for me, probably won’t make it tomorrow, see y’all this weekend.
and congrats again on the arrival of olivia, jacinto…
I’m glad that you’re taking the hard path with HSPUs and choosing to go a fuller ROM although they take more time. You really did kill it with the pull-ups. At about 5-6 you found your groove cycling them together.. i can’t stress how important it is to be able to string lots of pull-ups together! Only being able to bang out 5-6 together at a time while fresh is a sure sign of an underdeveloped kip. (I’m talking to all you people with strong pulling strength already).
I hope stephanie enjoys her fish oil.

on the main site today they have a cool video of handstand push ups using bands as support.
david, do you think those are better to do than against the wall w/ abmats & a very small ROM?

Another one joins the barefoot club!
Next jump rope activity I’ve got to do 1-1-1-1-double or something. I might have actually scored more yesterday, but I definitely would have been working on double unders instead of just 10x singles.

The rest of my week is quickly filling up, looks like it’ll be two weeks now being absent from SBK ๐

I had to leave the Crossfit path for quite a while because of some intense projects. Anyway, today I had a nice meeting with Cindy that put me back on track.
It shows absolutely fascinating pull up variations which might be usefull for future WODs. As far as I can judge it as a non-native speaker the athletes use some bad language, so the clip might not be safe for work.
Jacinto, congratulations on your newest granddaughter!
Great to read about all the latest developements. CFSBK is getting bigger and bigger.
