I was JUST reviewing these benchmarks on Wednesday. Seems like there is quite a leap from beginner to intermediate on the Athletic Skills chart, though it does indicate that it can take several years to achieve intermediate status. But it’s a great way to line up general weaknesses/strengths in one’s performance.

Does anyone else ever experience insulin-type spikes from too much sodium? I have been out of balance with my sodium intake lately and have noticed more food cravings and “hormonal” hunger.

Breakfast today was the usual berry/protein/oats shake.
Just picked up some bison last night, David has inspired me to try a bison and chard meal for a weekend lunch. I think a healthy dose of sriracha would go nice in there.
I loved the “vices” article. My vice is a nightly cocktail after dinner (just one!), so the info about enjoying liquors in moderation was nice.
The benchmarks were interesting, I definitely need to work on my press.
