This workout rocked David. Can we do it again in, say, a month? As usual, the South Brooklyn crew kicked ass! Cleiser’s burpees are getting fierce, John’s weighted burpees looked effortless, and it was lovely see so many new peeps diving in. Nice work y’all.

.. but dave.. some of us did not get to finish the heat … should we be sad or should we be glad ?!? i prefer to be sad 🙁 is that not sick .. after watching 2 rounds of executions i was gladly willing to be next in line !!!!
