We've just completed our Hang Snatch cycle and were pleased to see lots of PR's and technical improvements in our athletes. Successful Snatching requires aggression on your ascent and a quick turnover followed by a rapid descent. Observe how these two athletes quickly pull themselves under the bar. How comfortable do you feel pulling yourself under the bar during snatches?
