Notes
Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this:
1 Burpee
2 Push Press, 1 Burpee
3 Front Squats, 2 Push Press, 1 Burpee
4 Box Jumps, 3 Front Squats, 2 Push Press, 1 Burpee
5 HR Push-Ups, 4 Box Jumps, 3 Front Squats, 2 Push Press, 1 Burpee
…. all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 –
for a total of 364 reps.
This workout will take about 25-30 minutes for most folks.

Welcome to our final Foundations grads of 2022! Noa, Rachel and Miles. Some fun facts about these three… Noa was part of our kids program about 10 years ago and recently came back to join as an adult. Rachel is partners with former front desker and current Phoenix coach Grant W and Miles is the brother of recent foundations grad Craig W. So cool!!
