On the first portion, the rep schemes are low volume, with the goal that you’re able to move at a quick clip throughout. The lunge/sandbag section should feel like more of a steady grind.
TTB: Choose a scale that allows you to go unbroken for multiple rounds.
A. 3-4 reps, strict or kip
B. 6 Kipping Leg Raises (toes above hips)
C. 6 Hanging Knee Raises (knees above hips)
DU: < 30 sec/round
A. 10-20
B. 30 sec practice
DB: 50/35/20# ea hand. Heavy, but you should be able to complete 40′ unbroken.
SB: Choose a heavy bag that challenges you. 80′ = 4 x 20′ segments, or “down and back twice!”
