Repeat Open workouts are a great way to check in on how our fitness is progressing over time. Remember that any given day of training (or competition) is just a snapshot. It doesn’t tell the whole story. Whether it’s your first or second time with this one, make a strategy that works for you, work hard, and be proud of your effort today.
This workout is pretty similar to one we did partner-style on Saturday, Feb 22! It will add up quickly without the built-in rest and more reps in each set, so break things up according to your abilities and chip your way through it.
