25:00 AMRAP for quality:
A1: 1:00 Sled Push
A2: :45 Alternating Lateral Med Slam Balls
A3: :45 Wall Walks
A4: :10-:20 Chin Over Bar Lock Off + AMRAP Strict Chin Ups
Notes
Perform 3-5 sets of the 4 movements. The sled push should not be a maximal effort. You should be able to move continuously for the minute and it should feel like a 75-80% effort.
